Syagrus cerenensis

This is a multi trunk palm that sort of calves rather than clusters limiting its trunks usually to a maximum of five and often times to just two or three and dark green leaves and reminds one a little of a queen palm except that  its sparsely clustering nature gives it a totally different aspect. It doesn’t seem too particular about soil and does well in calcareous soils of south Florida. It can attain a height of 30 feet in habitat but probably much, much less in cultivation. When young it needs some protection from the summer sun but quickly adapts to full sun though filtered light might be ideal.
