Raphis var. Bornean super dwarf
common names: Rhapis nana
We don’t know a whole lot about this palm other than it is said to come from Borneo, It is appears to be a true dwarf species not growing above 12 inches tall and rigorously clumping, it is a splendid house plant requiring very little care and looks exceptional in a bonsai pot type of container…We are currently using it to form landscape borders and a ground cover in shady and filtered light areas but have not had sufficient time to evaluate its effectiveness in this application.
