Johannesteismania perakensis

Very similar in appearance to J. altifrons except that it forms a trunk which given time (eons) can grow to 12 feet tall. It is truly spectacular and the most important thing is that it seems the answer to collectors prayers for us at least as not only does it appear far, far easier to grow than either joey mag or joey altifons its rather easy. We’ve found that they do well in a very drained rich potting soil. We have not as yet put one in the ground.
