Raphis multifida

We only use this palm as a sort of imitation “bonsai plant”. It is a remarkably beautiful indoor palm and when placed in a bonsai pot seems to look as if it “belongs” but there is no reason why it could not be planted either outside in a filtered light location or kept as a potted palm on a patio. Is lightly clumping with thin stems and thin leaflets but could conceivably grow to 7 or 8 feet.
